Tom has managed large-scale corporate programs with rollouts worldwide as a program manager, business analyst, and director of training. He has also previously owned and operated two successful small businesses, Stepping Out Productions, a Milwaukee and Chicago area professional theater company, and Urban Man Made, a New York City and Provincetown men’s clothing and accessories store.

As an actor and director, Tom has worked with theaters around the country, and directed Pollen Path Entertainment’s short film Bunker. Tom's most recent project is the vampire horror feature film, Captive, which is currently in post-production with release scheduled for mid-2021. Tom served as Executive Producer for Captive, and also played a small role in the film.
